What a mess in the race for President. My mom would likely say, my, my, my. Not sure our major party candidates for the office have ever had such negative ratings. But it is what it is. The choice is ours. We will most likely make the choice, not based on who is the better candidate, but by voting for the candidate we think is the lesser of the evils. Sad.
I am a huge fan of FactCheck. If you are not using it, I recommend. The real news is bad enough, and when the political candidates and pundits add a little, sometimes the truth is difficult to determine.
I hope you have read Katie Galean’s article, published Sunday, July 3, ‘Prescription Drug Abuse – A Pharmacist’s Struggle’. If not, I recommend it to you. Katie is working with BladenOnline as an intern this summer. A great article.
Saw our stats for the first 6 months for BladenOnline. I am amazed. We had 9 articles that were read by over 10,000 of our faithful. Our top 2 articles were read by nearly 20,000 each. Another 7,000 plus read the other 11 articles in the top 20.
Thanks to the BladenOnline staff.

I believe that summer is our time, a time for the people, and that no politician should be allowed to speak to us during the summer. They can start talking again after Labor Day. Lewis Black
