I fail to understand those critical of the president for naming his selection for Supreme Court Justice. Now the decision is in the Senate’s corner. I am not an attorney or a constitutional scholar, but when there is a vacancy on the Court, THE President is to submit a name for the Senate’s consideration. The next decision is up to THE Senate. No decision is a decision.
