ST PAULS- Will Brooks and Kemarion Baldwin slugged home runs Friday night to lead St. Pauls to an 11-0 Southeastern Athletic Conference baseball victory over West Bladen.
Baldwin connected for a 3-run homer in the Bulldogs 7-run, 4th inning. Brooks homered in the 1st inning and doubled to finish 2-for-4 with 4 runs batted in. Teammate Cameron Revels batted 3-for-3 with an RBI.
Josh Henderson started on the hill for the Bulldogs and pitched 4 innings giving up 1 hit and 3 walks while striking out seven. Brooks struck out 2 in his 1 inning of relief and gave up one hit.
Junior Bryce Fuller and senior Devon Strange smacked 1 hit each for the Knights. Seniors Alex Brisson, Bryley Williams and Devon Strange and junior Hunter Smith all saw time on the mound for West Bladen.
The Knights, now 1-7 in league play and 5-9 overall, will host Midway Tuesday night.
