Clarkton Diamond Youth Baseball sign-ups (formerly known as Dixie Youth Baseball) will begin Saturday, January 20th and continue weekly through February 9th. The sign-ups will be held at the Clarkton DYB Complex at 395 Perimeter Rd., S Elm St., Clarkton.
The sign-up schedule follows:
• January 20: Noon–2 p.m.
• January 25: 6-8 p.m.
• February 3: Noon–2 p.m.
• February 9: 6–8 p.m.
Registration fee is $50.
There will be Show Case evaluations held on March 2nd. The schedule for evaluations follows:
• Noon: Major League
• 2 p.m.: Minor League (AAA)
• 3:30 p.m.: Coach-Pitch (AA)
League ages:
• T-ball: 4-6 years-old
• Coach-Pitch (AA): 7-8 years-old
• Minor League (AAA): 9-10 years-old
• Major League: 11-12 years-old (cannot turn 13 before May 1st).
