The Fayetteville Area Volleyball Association Defenders placed second out of eight teams in their first tournament of the year on the Carolina Region Club Volleyball circuit.
West Bladen freshman Raegan Davis is a member of the Defenders who lost in the tournament championship to the Cape Fear Volleyball Association at the Wilmington Hanger.
