WILMINGTON- Senior Molly Evans scored goals in both halves Thursday night as East Bladen and New Hanover battled to a 2-2 tie in their non-conference season opener.
New Hanover scored twice in the 1st half, and Evans knocked in a goal for the Lady Eagles. Evans scored the tying goal after halftime.
East Bladen will host West Bladen Tuesday at 5 p.m.
