Senior Lacey Suggs posted her second ‘Hat Trick’ of the week Thursday night as her 3 goals led East Bladen to a 4-0 Four County Conference girls soccer victory over visiting Wallace-Rose Hill.
The teams battled on even terms until the 29th minute when Suggs turned an assist from junior Maddie West into the first goal of the game. Three minutes later Suggs fired in her second goal to give the Lady Eagles a 2-0 lead.
Seven minutes into the second half Suggs found the back of the net again with her third goal of the game. With three minutes left to play, East Bladen senior Claire Campbell knocked in a goal to stretch the final margin to 4-0.
Coach Jay Raynor’s Lady Eagles improved to 5-1 in the Four County and 12-1 overall. East Bladen will host Midway Tuesday at 6 p.m.
