BLADENBORO – Sophomore Lainey Autry knocked in a pair of goals Monday night to lead West Bladen to a 6-0 Three Rivers Conference girls’ soccer victory over St. Pauls.

Autry turned assists from freshmen Yahaira Santana Dominguez and Eliana Padilla into goals as the Lady Knights built a 4-0 halftime lead. Sophomore Makayla Wright broke loose and banged in an unassisted goal, and sophomore Mauri Flores blasted in a free kick from 35 yards out.

Junior Hannah Hester fired in a goal off of an assist from sophomore Whitney McLean, and Dominguez rang up the other West Bladen goal off of a corner kick from sophomore Kaden Thurman.

Sophomore Tazshea Greene recorded the shutout in goal for the Lady Knights and was credited with 3 saves.

Coach Kristen Parker’s Lady Knights improved to 2-1 in league play and 3-4-1 overall and will travel to West Columbus Tuesday for a 4:30 game.
