ELIZABETHTOWN – Freshman Majuan McKoy poured in 17 points to lead East Bladen to a 51-38 Four County Conference jayvee boys basketball victory over Midway Tuesday night.

Majuan McKoy threw in a trio of first-half baskets then connected for 3 more baskets and 2 free throws in the third quarter. Teammate Anthony Wooten dropped in 2 baskets and 2 free throws in the second period and added 2 more baskets in the third period to finish with 11 points.

Sophmore Shy Pone nailed a 3-point shot and another basket in the first period then pumped in 2 more buckets in the third quarter to total 9 points in the game.

Coach Greg High’s Eagles improved to 4-1 overall and will travel to Cape Fear Wednesday for a 4:30 game.
