ROWLAND – Rowland defeated West Bladen 38-32 Tuesday night in Three Rivers Conference jayvee boys basketball action.
Freshman Kendall Johnson worked the paint for a pair of first quarter baskets and led the Knights with 8 points. Teammate Donovan Stone bombed in 3-point shots in the second and fourth quarters and also finished with 8 points.
Jadecus Register netted baskets in the first and third quarters and totaled 6 points for West Bladen. Teammate Khalil Lloyd drilled in a second period 3-pointer and tallied 5 points.
