Deija Edwards and Anna Kate White tossed in 8 points each Friday to lead East Bladen’s jayvee girls to a 36-11 Four County Conference basketball victory at Pender.
The Lady Eagles grabbed a 4-0 first quarter lead and stretched the lead to 12-2 at halftime. A 14-7 third quarter spurt pushed the East Bladen lead to 26-9 after 3 quarters.
Alexus Lewis fired in 6 points for the winners, and Miasha Smith and Sarah Johnson added 5 points each.
Coach Megan Kirby’s Lady Eagles evened their Four County record at 3-3 and will host Wallace-Rose Hill Thursday at 4 p.m.
