Mac Porter, while playing in a toss-up Monday, April 19, shot a 5-under 67. Playing in the same toss-up was Don Salsberry, who shot 71.
David Cross recently fired a 2-over 74 and bettered his age of 82 by eight strokes.
Thundering Herd Returns
After a year on pause the Thundering Heard will start their season May 6th at Vineyard Golf at White Lake.
The Herd will be held every Thursday at 6 p.m. To enter you must call the pro shop at 910-247-6132 before 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The cost to play the nine hole tourney is $18 for Vineyard Golf members and $20 for guests.
