LAKE WACCAMAW – Jace Lesane scored both goals that lifted Bladenboro to a 2-0 Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys’ soccer victory over East Columbus Thursday.
Jeremiah Bryan delivered an assist that set up Lesane’s 1st goal. Lesane then banged in an unassisted goal to boost the lead to 2-0.
Brooks Carroll and Devan Haire combined on the shutout in goal for the winners.
Coach Steve Thurman’s Bulldogs improved to 5-1 with the win and will host Clarkton School of Discovery Monday.
