ELIZABETHTOWN – Whiteville Central defeated Bladenboro 2-0 Tuesday night in Waccamaw Middle School Conference boys soccer action at County Park.
The Hornets banged in a header off of a corner kick in the first half and led 1-0 at intermission. Central tacked on a goal on a breakaway midway the second half.
The Bulldogs, now 3-2 on the season, will host Hallsboro Wednesday at 3:45 at County Park.
