LUMBERTON – Southeastern Academy defeated Emereau Bladen 30-6 Thursday in middle school girls’ basketball action.
Tatum Allen fired in a 3-point basket in the 1st quarter and scored all 6 of the Lady Aviators points. Other members of the Emereau team are Greer Pope, Jenna Brice, Taylor Dowless, Lydia Johnson, Anna Robinson, Kavejah Bethea, Zoie Durden and Vera Valentiner.
C. Whitley led the Southeastern scoring with 9 points. The two teams will play again Monday in Elizabethtown.
