BLADENBORO – Williams Township capitalized on 6 Bladenboro errors and defeated the Lady Bulldogs 11-0 Tuesday in Waccamaw Middle School Conference softball action.
Only 4 of the Williams runs were earned. Kasey pitched a 1-hitter, struck out 5 and walked none for the Lady Aggies who didn’t commit an error. Kasey also batted 2-for-3 with a triple and 2 runs scored. Leadoff batter Eden was 2-for-4 at the plate and scored a run.
Hadley Dove belted a 1-out single to center field in the 1st inning for the only Lady Bulldog hit. Maycee Kinlaw struck out 7, allowed 6 hits and hit 2 batters in the circle for Bladenboro.
Bladenboro, now 4-2 in league play and 5-2 overall, will return to action on April 20th at Nakina.
