Elizabethtown’s Larrell Murchison had two tackles Sunday in the Los Angeles Rams’ 31-10 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers.

The game was played at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California, which is the home field for both teams. It’s also the site where Georgia will play TCU for college football’s national championship on Jan. 9.

Murchison and Michael Hoecht combined to tackle the Chargers’ Joshua Kelley for no gain on a first down play from the 13 early in the third quarter. Murchison was credited with a solo tackle on Larry Rountree on a 1-yard gain late in the game.

Murchison has six tackles and two quarterback sacks in his two games with the Rams. He was waived by Tennessee in mid-December after being drafted by the Titans in 2020 and claimed by Los Angeles.

Los Angeles is 5-11 and will close the season Sunday against the Seahawks in Seattle.
