The threat of rain Tuesday night has resulted in Bladen County high school teams adjusting their schedules in an effort to get games played.
The forecast calls for 100% chance of showers and thunderstorms mainly before midnight with wind gusts as high as 23 mph, according to the National Weather Service. Up to an inch of rain is possible.
Here are the schedule changes:
High School Baseball
4 p.m. St. Pauls at West Bladen (moved from 6:30 p.m.)
5 p.m. Red Springs at East Bladen (moved from 6 p.m.)
St. Pauls JV at West Bladen JV (Postponed, moved to Wednesday)
High School Softball
4 p.m. West Bladen at St. Pauls (moved from 6 p.m.)
5 p.m. Red Springs at East Bladen (moved from 6 p.m.)
West Bladen JV at St. Pauls JV (Postponed, moved to Wednesday)
High School Girls Soccer
5 p.m. Red Springs at East Bladen (moved from 6 p.m.)
St. Pauls at West Bladen (Postponed, moved to Wednesday, 6 p.m.)
