The past few days brought back ‘bad’ memories of a huge family, 6 children, plus mom and dad, living in a small, drafty house, heated with freshly cut green wood in a coal heater … Lord, thanks for something better and prayers for those in similar situations, lest we forget … And pity the poor animals and chicks … But, we were much like nearby neighbors … Different world … 70 plus years ago … Bet we would not have to travel far to find similar situations … Today…
One personal note … COVID-19 confirmed for me and #2 son … More to be checked today, hopefully … Gives me a reason to do as near nothing as possible…
