Thoughts While Shaving for June 12

Rainfall amounts from yesterday range from too much to very little. … Very little at the local National Weather Station, located at the airport, however, drive a few miles west and water was standing in the fields and ditches … At the Hester household, 2 or 3 miles southwest of Elizabethtown, as the crow flies, very little, but threatened throughout the day yesterday (Thursday)…

Today’s forecast is for a 70% chance of showers and thunderstorms likely … Cloudy with a high near 81. Mostly cloudy tonight with a low around 68 and rainfall for the next few hours could be as much as high as an inch to an inch and a half…

More of the same is the forecast thru Sunday … plan accordingly.

I am tired of being ‘cooped up’, need to get out and move around, and actually planning that kind of a day, today … rain or shine…

Retirement is what we all look forward to … and when it arrives, some, me included, have problems dealing with it. … Like taking your foot off the gas and the pace slows dramatically … Good, but can be boring … sometimes…

Today, a long time friend and I will just ride and talk, slow for lunch … looking forward to the time of just reminiscing. … So, if you come up behind us, just pass as quickly as possible, we will be in no hurry…

Allow the stars to remind you why darkness is necessary.

Patience is beautiful.

Keep it private until you know it’s permanent.
