ELIZABETHTOWN – Clinton dropped the 1st 2 sets of their Southeastern Athletic Conference match to East Bladen Tuesday, but then battled back to take the next 3 sets for a 3-2 victory over the Lady Eagles by set scores of 23-25, 24-26, 25-20, 25-18 and 15-8.
Coach Jordan Raynor’s Lady Eagles finished their season with a 5-7 league record and 7-13 overall mark. The victory kept Clinton in a tie with Midway for the top spot in the SAC-7 with identical 11-1 league records. The Lady Dark Horses are 16-4 overall.
