RED SPRINGS – Darren Bowen pitched a 2-hit shutout and struck out 14 batters to lead Red Springs to a 3-0 victory over West Bladen Wednesday night in Three Rivers Conference baseball action.
Junior Logan West and senior Jeremy Pait connected for one hit each for West Bladen. Junior Nolan Bryant pitched a complete game 8-hitter for the Knights and struck out 5 batters while walking only one. Only two of the Red Devil runs were earned.
