GOLDSBORO – Bladen County Recreation’s 10-Under Girls All-Stars won one of their 3 games Saturday in the StateWide Activities Committee (SWAC) State Soccer Tournament.
After dropping their first game Saturday morning 3-0 to Nash County, Bladen County rebounded with a 2-1 victory over Wilson. Marlee Potter and Tatum Allen scored the Bladen County goals, and Coach Mike Potter said, “Bristol Allen did a marvelous job as goalie.”
Bladen County was eliminated from the tournament by Holly Springs 3-0 in their third game.
