Two super senior golfers from Vineyard Golf entered the Carolina Golf Association CGA Super Senior 65+ Championship recently and came in tied for 12th place in the event. Nile Brisson and Junior Nance shot71-68=139 for the two day event. Winning the tournament held at Mt. Vintage Golf Plantation in North Agusta, S.C. was Charlie Parks and Doug Owen who shot 66-63=129.
Some low scores shot recently at Vineyard Golf were: Luke Gooden 74. John Williams 74. Stacy Owen 73, Don Salasbury 74, Rick Marvin 75 and Mickey Brisson 75.
