WHITEVILLE – Eliana Padilla blasted in a penalty kick midway the second half to give Tar Heel a 1-0 Waccamaw Middle School Conference girls’ soccer victory over Whiteville Central on Monday.
Coach Brett Jackson’s Lady Panthers won their third straight game to improve to 3-2 on the season. Tar Heel will play West Columbus on Wednesday at 5:15 at Bladen County Park.
