CERRO GORDO – West Bladen swept West Columbus 3-0 Tuesday night in Three Rivers Conference volleyball action by set scores of 25-19, 25-19 and 25-20.
Junior Mikayla Meadows fired in 10 aces, 7 service points, 6 kills and 3 solo blocks for the Lady Knights. Senior Raegan Davis poured in 7 service points, 5 aces, 5 kills and a solo block and was credited with 5 assists.
Junior Lexie Corrothers pounded in 6 kills, 3 aces and 3 service points for the Lady Knights. Sophmore Shelby Pharr hammered in 6 kills, 2 aces and 2 service points. Sophmore Sidnee Walters drilled in 3 aces and a service point.
Senior Caroline Davis collected 3 digs for West Bladen, and junior Tatiana Hunt added 2 digs. Senior Callie Lewis dished out 2 assists.
Coach Gaye Davis’ Lady Knights improved to 4-2 in league play and 5-3 overall. West Bladen will entertain St. Pauls Thursday.
