The initial Thundering Herd of the season took place Thursday afternoon at Vineyard Golf at White Lake.
The winning team, shooting 7 under par, was Jake Womble, Campbell White, Blake Davis, Conner Bullard and Ronnie Butcher.
The Herd will be played every Thursday starting at 6 P.M. The cost to play the nine-hole event is $18 for members and $20 for guest.
