CARTERSVILLE, GA – Elizabethtown’s Fredy Wooten belted 2 hits Tuesday morning in the Perfect Game 13U World Series, but his Dirt Bags Camo team dropped a narrow 2-1 decision to Team Citius Hernandez from Corpus Christi, TX.

The loss dropped the Dirt Bags to 2-2 in the tournament at the end of pool play and they will not advance to the play-off round. For the tournament Wooten has batted 3-7 with a home run.

The Dirt Bags will play the Indiana Prospects from Indianapolis Wednesday at 9 a.m. in the consolation round. At 7:15 p.m. Wednesday the Dirt Bags will battle the Midwest Elite from Norman, OK.
