HARRELLS– Jordan Fillyaw poured in 14 of his game-high 17 points to spark Harrells Christian to a 28-9 halftime lead and eventual 38-28 middle school boys basketball victory over Emereau Bladen Monday.
Joel Lewis fired in 10 of hist 12 points in the 2nd half to key a 19-10 Aviator rally. Mark’kus Bass added 6 points for Emereau, and Braiden Dixon and Cyncere Jessup tossed in 5 points each.
Jared Fillyaw finished with 7 points for the Crusaders. Jarod Miller tallied 6 points, and Holden Cline netted 5.
The Aviators will host Sampson Middle Thursday.
