BLADENBORO – Jordan Underwood and William Verdugo-Gomez fired in two goals each to lead Tar Heel to a 5-2 Waccamaw Middle School Conference victory over Whiteville Central Monday afternoon.
Kevin Labra scored the other goal for Coach Ray Schmucker’s Panthers who improved to 2-0 on the season. The game was moved to West Bladen High School due to wet field conditions at County Park.
Tar Heel will travel to Hallsboro Tuesday for a 3:45 game.
