WHITEVILLE – Bladenboro split a pair of Waccamaw Middle School Conference volleyball matches against Williams Township and Nakina Thursday.
The Lady Bulldogs outlasted the host Lady Aggies 26-24 in their 1st set then posted a 25-15 victory in their 2nd set to record the 2-0 win. Nakina defeated Bladenboro 2-0 by set scores of 25-10 and 25-17.
“We decided to play volleyball today and played much better than last night,” said Lady Bulldog Coach Jessica Rhodes.
Bladenboro, now 4-4 overall, will travel to Nakina Monday for rematches with the same 2 teams.
