CLARKTON – Clarkton School of Discovery swept matches from Elizabethtown and Bladenboro Tuesday night in Waccamaw Middle School Conference volleyball action.
The Lady Blue Devils opened Tuesday’s play with a 2-0 victory over Elizabethtown by set scores of 25-11 and 25-13.
Elizabethtown won the first set of their match with Tar Heel by a 25-19 margin, but the Lady Panthers rallied for a 25-23 victory in the second set. The Lady Cougars won the third and deciding set 15-3 to claim the 2-1 win.
Bladenboro defeated Tar Heel 2-0 in Tuesday’s third match by set scores of 25-19 and 25-6.
Coach Chris Callihan’s Lady Blue Devils posted a 2-0 victory over Bladenboro in the final match of the night by set scores of 25-13 and 25-14.
